Listen, I’m all for Ryan Gosling literally saving a woman’s life or whatever but he has to know that THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES. I mean, does he not watch movies? Does he only star in them? Because there are five (and counting!) movies explaining exactly what happens when you think you pull one over on death. You can’t just go around saving people’s lives all willy nilly. This poor woman is going to the spend the rest of her life freaking out every time there is a brief gust of wind. And I mean, what if Ryan Gosling was also supposed to get hit by a car? What if they were both slated to die that day and now they’re condemned to spend the rest of their lives dodging death? Does he know what happened to Devon Sawa? Not just Sawa’s character in the franchise (who didn’t even get an on screen death because, haha) but Devon Sawa the Actual Person who spends his life tweeting jokes about the five minute music video he made with Eminem back in 2000 because it’s all he has left? Because HE TRIED TO CHEAT FICTIONAL DEATH AND IT STILL KILLED HIS CAREER. We’re talking about REAL death now and I’m not saying Gosling shouldn’t have saved someone’s life, I’m just saying he should know that you can’t cheat death. DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS FILM SETS ARE? I’m so worried about Gosling right now. Stay safe, bb. I love you. xo.
